Hey'all! I recently received a procedural fairness email from the visa office that is processing my visa. And in this email it states that my bank statement is not valid and my bank check is not genuine.

The thing is that the bank statement is from a different bank than the bank cheque. And the bank statement is valid and has enough money to support my study, stay and everything in Canada. The bank statement is from my moms account. Well as the bank cheque was also from my moms different account as well but I just sent them the check photocopy and not the bank statement from check account.
I got letters from both banks to explain that everything (my bank documents) are genuine and also i wrote a letter of explanation to the visa office.

So what are my chances of acquiring a study visa and most of all not get a misrepresentation ban.?
