Problems with WES

WES received all my transcripts two weeks ago (15 September 2015 10h16) (J Maple signed for the documents). Today two weeks later they still say that nothing was received - regardless of the fact that the tracker on their website says the opposite. I have sent various e-mails and have phoned a few times, but to no avail (no answer/feedback). Is this a common experience? Is there maybe another number to phone other than +14169720070 to speak to a person who could assist one?
I look forward to any insight/input.

Hi Nortje,
I sent my documents too in the first week of Sep. After three weeks, i received an email from WES which gives a status update of the documents received. The transcripts were not accepted as the university has to directly send it to WES.
