problems with ex-owner of the lease

Hi !
very delicate situation: me and one girl moved in a rented 1 bedroom 2 months ago, we split the rent with the 3rd girl on whose name was the contract. she gave notice to rental office that she leaves. so we 2 signed a new lease to stay in the ap starting sept 1st. (the ap will be no longer on her name after that time)
now she says she doesnt want to leave till sept 4th.

what can we do in this situation?
we don't want her to stay on our back 4 days!!!
is there anything we can do to make her leave?

its a rental office... now she is threatening us to kick us out till sept 1st if we don't have the 'courtesy' to allow her to stay till sept 4th .
is there anything we can do? I dont want to make a big scandal in the building, im going to live there afterwards... im a nice, decent person, I don't know the laws here...
