:-\I have sent my Credit Card authorization to CIO for deduction of fee from CC. After my application received at CIO, a week earlier they attempted on my Card for deduction of Fee. My Bank informed me that the transaction could not be completed due to CVV code not given to CIO. I immediately sent the inquiry form mentioning the CVV Code to CIO but after a week time, there is silence from CIO. I am worried that on the basis of this mistake, which is not on my part but on part of CIO as they did not allocate the place for the same code in their form. Leter on I checked the same form again and it is now updated with the space for that code.

I am worried that my application may take long or might be returned due to a problem which is not because of me. Pl. comments if anybody else has face the same problem. Its urgent
 
Try to send them fax
or, inform your VO if they can contact CIO upon this issue
or, phone their Call Center

I am very sorry, if they will not try again... just try to knock their door with any mean! Good luck!
 
Ha, you also can ask your bank to open your account for any (or this specific) operation. Technically they can do it, just remove the CVV protection. It is not the first case!!!!

I have applied from USA, and did not face this issue. But people from India (Asia) has reported same issue earlier. Contacting CIO using e-mail may be helpful, try to inform CVV code & request to try again.
You would need to take action asap before CIO returns your application back to you with same reason.

Agreed. If email fails to work, then fax it with big URGENT word, if no response, I suggest you try to call.
