I would have 1 year federal experience completed in February (hopefully) and I would be applying for EE. I have found that my Noc code can be problematic. I was hired as a lab technologist( as per my offer letter)in an institute to demonstrate lab experiments to student so basically I may fall under college lab assistant (4012) but here I m also teaching full time courses to students like a lecturer or a professor (4011). So I don't know which noc would I select when making my EE profile.
Also, in case if the HR department of my college gives me a letter in which 75-80% responsibilities do not match with noc description of any of the mentioned two i.e. 4011 and 4012 what should I do
