Hey gyz,
I just had question i iwll be applying soon for permanent residence under the Canadian experience class and looking at my college grades i have not done that good in my college(Post Secondary Course). I had failed in two of my classes during college times but later i took the classes once again and cleared it and i have some D's as well. So i just wanted to know if thats going to affect my application in any way. Will my application be rejected due to poor performance in education criteria.

No, they do not judge you on your academic performance. All they care about is seeing if you have completed the degree. Grades do not matter for your PR application.

Well, points are not part of the CEC program (they are for the FSW program), but as long as you completed the degree, that's the only thing that will matter.
