Problem with ECA Report

Hello friends,

I applied for ECA and few days back I got my ECA report unfortunately the report I received is torn. I talked with post office people and they said we cant do anything with that. It is an ordinary mail. and it rained because of which the all the letters in that particular day got wet. So that's why it is torn.

They said we cant do anything it this.

What to do?

Please advice me seniors. I am from India
