Hi all, Currently my application at CIC. Unfortunately, my CC have problem with processing. I was worried about it. Because, i have mentioned CC in application for fees payment. Is it okay to change the CC details and send a new payment fee form to CIC ? Will they accept ? If so, i don't have any reference number to mention my application. Please advise me. I am worried about it. Thanks for your time and help.

its better you contact them as soon as possible or send new fee payment form with cover letter. otherwise they will return your document .so you need to be quick and use express mail service. may be still they have not done per for your case.

Okay. I will contact them either by email or phone. Will see. Hoping for d best. Thanks for your advise.

How do you know your CC has failed? Will CIC contact the applicants?
Why do we often hear people encounter CC failure?

1. Short validity date, not drawn on a Canadian bank.

Note: Certified cheques, bank drafts and money orders may have expiry dates. When you submit your application to the CIO, the expiry date must be at least five months into the future.
