Problem with Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] Form

Hi Guys,

I filed my case in May 2014 and awaiting for the AOR till date.

Recently, I found that all names in Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] form needs to filled in English and native language, but I just filled form only in english.

So can someone tell me if CIC can reject my application due to this reason?

From the trend I have seen, you will be asked to submit the form again via mail. Don't worry too much about it.

When they will ask me to re-submit the form then again my application will be at the end of queue?

I mean to ask CIC will return my file and ask me to refile the case

Thye should not, as they might ask you to either fax or email the scanned copy

I don't think it is case of rejection. It is not necessary to write in native language as far as written in English. I haven't mentioned it as well. Though if its bothering you then just send amended IMM 5406 after you receive AOR, but as I said its just for your mental relief. P.S. if CIC needs anything they will let you know. So don't worry have a good weekend.
