problem while submitting E-APR..Please help!!!

Hello Guys,
I need a little help as am a bit confused!!

I cancelled one express entry profile earlier this year, then I filed it again and got ITA.

when i created my new express enrty profile it asks if i have applied for express entry before i answered yes and gave my profile number that i cancelled..


now after receiving ITA it again asked me but this time the question is " Have you applied for Permanent Residence before"

as i just created a profile and never got ITA should i answer yes or no?? i never applied for P.R just created a profile
