So there’s a huge problem when I download and open up the form IMM 5257 with acrobat, it says “The validity of the document certification is UNKNOWN - the author could not be verified”. This problem doesn’t allow me to do anything with the file other than edit it, I can’t save it to upload it to the website. Is there any way to fix this?
