My husband & me are not living together since 3 yrs. but we are not divorced.
If I apply for PR where i need to mentioned that I am married.then I need to show Proof of Fund for him also.
As we are not separated then What I can do for my PR application?
Shall I need to attached any form which can be affidavit from court and can I attach Letter of Explanation (LOE) that we are not living together & there will be no intention to do the same in future also.
Is there any form available in CIC.GC.GOV site. any kind of will be appreciated. its really giving me big tension also.
