problem in photo in USA

Hi GUys

i went to photo studio for my photo in USA.They provided me photo with 36 mm x46mm 1mm longer so is that fine or should i tell them i need 35mmX45mm .

Just 1mm no problem. If you want, you can cut the borders with paper cutter to make the exact size.

You are fine on the frame size. The spec says the frame size should be AT LEAST 35mm X 45mm.
Make sure the crown-head length is between 31mm-36mm. Use a ruler to measure from your chin to the top of your hair.
The U.S. passport photo sizes tends to be a little bigger.
