Problem in linking paper application online

The problem is I have only first name in my passport and i have not yet received any application/case/UCI number.I applied through vfs chandigarh (Spp) on 26th sep.I have tried different combinations like writing my first name in both Family and Given name boxes. Writing NA, N/A, Not Applicable and leaving place and country of birth empty but still not able to link my file online. Please help me in this matter.
