I am facing a glitch filing in the online express entry form.

1.In the Official language section,I don't get an option to fill my IELTS exam details. I only get an option to fill my IELTS exam details only after saying "Yes" to French exam details.
I have tried making a new profile, also changed browsers still facing the same Issue. Please help

2. Also in the educational details section,it asks for Canadian equivalence ECA everytime we fill in Bachelors as well as Masters details.
Eg My Canadian Equivalence summary is Masters Degree in my ECA report. Can I fill that in both Bachelors as well as Masters section?

Ran into the same issue as above. Can anyone help?

one member reported same issue kiran_6sb.... please ask him or her if its solved...

Can anyone reply my 2nd query please?

If you have an ECA for both Masters and Bachelors and your Canadian equivalency is Masters and Bachelors respectively, enter Master against Masters degree and Bachelors against Bachelors degree.

If you have an ECA only for Masters degree, don't mention your Bachelors degree in education history or mention it and add that you don't have an ECA for that.

If your overall Canadian equivalency is Bachelors for your foreign Masters, input only your Masters degree and enter equivalency as Bachelors.

If none of these answer your question, explain the situation in detail.

I'm having same problems on express entry app and it doesn't let me list my Celpip score unless I say I took it in French. :o

Everyone trying to submit a new profile has been having the language issue since this weekend...hopefully it should get solved once Canada opens Monday morning and CIC help desk willsolve this issue..shouldn't be more than a couple of hours..or1-2 days max...if they are efficient..
