Probation period more than normal time

Hello
New employee can work few months up to several years as a probation period

if someone claim 6 months as an example
is it make any serious problem for his case under officer decision?
If not
--------what is(Are) the document(s) must be provided for that probation time if want to be counted as a work experience ?
after that time (probation) he had all documents related to work...[Insurance+Payslip+contract+...]
