PROBABLE TIME TO ISSUE VISA IN MY CASE

hello friends,

i need an advice in response of all my queries..

my dad had submitted the file under skilled worker permanent visa in NEW DELHI office INDIA.i am his son,his dependent in file.He applied the file in december 2003.

we updated our docs in may 2009. on 26th june 2010 as per the new law regarding clearance of all back log files, we received MEDICAL,RPRF FEE,PASSPORT REQUEST TOGETHER.

So we gonna submit all our docs in next few days.
1) so how much more time will it take to issue visa?

2) my age is now 21 so m still dependent to dad. but this july 21 i gonna complete 22.So will they still consider me dependent to dad and issue the visa>

3)my elder brother was pursuing masters in US. but due to some reason he was deported back from US. So will this deported thing can affect him to get visa?

Tell ur PAPA to update visa office abt all relevant changes and also abt ur brother deportation or else u all could be rejected during security check after medicals.

Thanks for the reply, but when is the security check scheduled? what things does they include in the check.

Also how many more time will they take to issue visa.

And about my case what should dad intimate them? as i am going to complete 22 years in this july 21.

In my brother's deported case have u ever heard any such cases being rejected because of such deportment from us if not intimated to embassy.
