Probable chances of Architects in FSW 2012 list

I have a question about the new FSW list coming up in the month of July 2012. Are there any likely chances of profession "Architect" being listed in the next list. I am planning to hire a lawyer and start the application process and so just wanted to make sure that if they are no chances of this happening, the I would proceed with appointing a lawyer.

Any replies on this will be helpful.

Keep all the documentation ready.
You can discuss & finalise a lawyer if you want (do you really want one when you have seniors in this forum?)

Thanks Mycan .... That was useful. I am trying to accumulate as much documentation as possible. I will surely think to keeping lawyer option at the last moment.
