Check your score to make sure
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

Here it goes - official CIC calculator.
Check what score you receive when choosing Master's?

CIC gives you 50 additional points if you have 2 years of canadian experiance and at least 2 post secondary degrees or Masters (2 degrees also) or Phd (3 degrees). You will get even more core human capital points for Master's or PhD, because they cost more.

I would advise to re-issue report, because when you upload docs after ITA, they ask you to provide copies of all degrees you have, and it will be nice to have the WES report for all of them. I'm sure WES can make it, for example, my personal report says 'Bachelor's and Master's Degree' for 5 years diploma.

About your second Master's...
As far as I know, WES has a kind of list or catalog of recognized institutions for every country, and it does not really matter if they are public or private.
But if your education entity is not in this list, they will issue "a degree from a non-recognized instiitution", and CIC will not accept it as education. So you may just waste time and money on getting useless report.

This is very helpful Sluffy.
You are right, as I insert Master'd degree it automatically count as 2 post secondary degree. It doesn't even ask for the second one.
If what we are seeing is correct all my paranoid are in vain and I might not even need to get the procedure for the Master in my Private school.

I'm confused by section:

8) Do you have a valid job offer supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment (if needed)?
A valid job offer must be

full-time
in a skilled job listed as Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A or B in the 2011 National Occupational Classification
supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) or exempt from needing one
for one year from the time you become a permanent resident.
A job offer is not valid if your employer is:

an embassy, high commission or consulate in Canada or
on the list of ineligible employers.
Whether an offer is valid or not also depends on different factors, depending on your case. See a full list of criteria for valid job offers.

I don't have LMIA because I am from ICT which I know should give you 50 points,
If I say no the whole thing disappear and I don't get these new 50 points.

I'm going to create a separate tread for this.

Sorry do they ask for the copy of the degree ? or they are good with the WES Document ?
Because I had my university to send everything to WES and I don't have another copy of everything now.

Yes, you'll have to upload your degree along with its translation. Failure to do this leads to rejection.

OMG this is going to take weeks !!! :'(
why ?
I have submitted everything to WES already. And I have the certificate. I didn't know I had to ask my university 2 copies, one for WES and one for me again to upload on CiC.
Are they good with just the 2 certificate translated ? Or you have to submit also all the exams as well in CiC form ?

Why? Because it's in the CIC guidelines, the degree is sufficient no need for transcripts.

You are free to check the "reasons to rejection" thread, you'll see how many people were rejected for not uploading their degree.

Ok...
I just found a copy of the Master's degree in English in the official PDF, with official stamp, tax stamp and President Signature. Hopefully its good ???
I also have the WES document for this already, uploaded in my profile in WES

Now...
Since It's the Master (and you can't have the Master without the Bachelor).
Will I be asked to:

- Do nothing; it is going to be considered 2 post secondary straight away. Once I upload the WES certiciate and the Master degree certificate its all good.
- Uploading ALSO the Bachelor degree of the 3 year (need to ask university for this)
- Uploading ALSO the Bachelor degree of the 3 year (need to ask university for this) AND the relative WES Certificate for this. I'm pretty sure in the folder there was everything including the bachelor so I don't know if they have to upgrade or If I have to send everything from Italy again...

I didn't get about two copies. WES should return your original docs back. They have no right to keep personal doc after assessment.
So,
1) Again, to make it clear, if I were you, I would contact WES and ask them to re-issue the report based on the documens that were already provided. Explain them that you need the report that clearly states Barchelor's and Master's Degrees (not only Master's). You don't need to ask your University to send it once again, believe me, WES already did the copies of all your docs. WES can be sometimes chaotic with what they are doing and they know it, so just ask them to re-issue the proper report.
You will need the report for two degrees.

2) When creating EE profile, you do not need to upload any docs. You just need to choose Master's degree and indicate WES report number.

3) After receiving ITA, when submitting your docs, you will need to provide a scanned original copy for each degree plus certified translations for them plus WES report covering two degrees.

Ok, thanks. I'm already thinking for when I will be at the ITA stage.

I have the Master degree certificate in English, I also have the WES number for this. This will surely give me the 25 points.

Now for the Bachelor...
I don't have either the degree Certificate in English. (can get it pretty fast)
I don't have the WES code for this. I will ask WES to reissue the certificate to include Bachelor degree (if it was inside the folder though... cause I have the feeling it wasn't inside the big envelope). If they can't I will have to wait the doc from Italy.

If Master already unlock 2 post secondary degree this thing should/could be not necessary.

So I asked my father (who went to my university in Milan, since I live here in Toronto).
Good, good chances (like 99%) that we requested the university to send WES the Magistral Bachelor degree (2 years after the first 3).
It got converted into Master's degree. Therfore WES did transcript only that into Master's Degree without including the Bachelor in the certificate.
Simply because probably the documentation wasn't even in the folder.

If this is the case I will probably have to ask the University to send also the Bachelor with transcripts etc.
However It is a fact that I couldn't have the Master If I didn't make the Bachelor. So this is a pain because It takes weeks.

It is all to understand now if the Master's degree automatically trigger your education as you had the 2 certificate. (even if you don't upload both 2).
If it does It all might not be necessary because for the Master I already have both the certificate and the WES.

I found this meanwhile, not sure how to read it. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/eca_table_en.pdf

OMG :o I'm losing my patience.

It does when assigning you points in EE profile. But after ITA you have to upload two degrees you have and ECAs for them.
Why don't create dummy EE profile on imagined name to check how many points you get for what you have?

I don't really know if you REALLY read what is advised for you here. I have no idea why you prefer writing loong sheets of your considerations again and again instead simply contacting WES and understand what they really received and what you can do with it. And if they received the full set of docs, they could issue a necessary report for you - stating Barchelor's and Master's degrees for all your studies. If just some of docs - contact your University and do smth to receive your Barchelor ECA.

It's up to you to spend days and weeks for this stuff.

You are welcome.

because they don't respond to email, and because it is impossible to call them; there is always the voice message that say they are busy.
In regards of the documentation they have; we only sent the Magistral title so I have to ask University to reissue the bachelor as well.

You are right, I am overthinking; but you know these procedure are sensitive and can cause tension in people applying.
Points makes huge difference and you want to make sure everything is compliant.

Thanks for the patience.
