If it's a private college - you won't get a post graduate work permit after you complete your studies. That means it will likely be impossible for you to get PR. Pick a different school that's a public college.

You need to do some research all the information is available on the Canada immigration website. Just because you plan to study in Canada does not provide any guaranteed route to become a PR you would need to qualify like everyone else.
