Print on date spaces?

Hi everyone.

When filling dates of current activites, addresses and work, are we allowed to write "to date" or "present" on the month and year field? Or we should just stick to numbers?

i put present in mine.

If the form allows it, write "present" in the "To" field. If it's doesn't allow you validate the form, enter today's date in the "To" field and then when you print out the form, draw a line across it and write "present".
