I am in canada and I received my COPR today. my wife is in india and she is yet to submit her passport to Delhi embassy. the letter i got with my COPR says that I cannot "land" until COPR is issued for my dependents as well. the CIC call centre did not have much information on this and just asked me follow the instructions on the letter. does anybody has experiences like this?
