Primary vs Secondary Applicant

Hi ...

Need input based on my application situation.

1) Myself n My wife have completed all related documentation including WES & IELTS
2) Both are working & have relevant exp more than 3 years.

Wish to understand the Pros & Cons of applying with my wife as Primary ( as she has Master’s degree ) it is adding up a lot to my CRS score.

- Can there be any long term issue around it
- Is Husband elligible to work & under what permit - Will he still be tagged under PR Pool

Please advise.

Doesn't matter who is primary or secondary applicant between husband and wife. Thing that matters is which option give you more CRS score. Masters degree gives lot of points so go ahead and make your wife Primary applicant. No long or short term issue with this. Just make sure all education, work experience, personal details, travel details are sorted for her..

Post application if there is any changes in IELTS Score, Can that be amended / updated ?
