I applied as the primary applicant & added my husband & mother for Canadian tourist Visa. Now I will not be able to go .So should my husband open a new GCKey account ? Or can he just submit his application from the same account?

If you're already applied, then why does your husband need to apply? You should just wait for the results of your application. If he gets his visa, there's no requirement for you to go with him.

If you get refused, then he will have to open a new GCKey account and apply, since you won't be reapplying.
