Primary applicant travelled to Canada but dependent could not

I was the primary applicant, I travelled to canada two months before Resident visa expiry, but my dependent could not, there visa is expiring 2-3 days, as my wife is pregnant now, what happens when dependants visa expires before soft landing, Please need your advice.

You will need to sponsor your wife and child for PR. You are required to live in Canada throughout the sponsorship process.
