Can someone tell me whether job letters from previous employers are sufficient for express entry EOI or do is it a must to provide other docs, like bank statements maybe or something else.

Reference letter as per CIC format is the mandatory document required to prove work experience

it reflects the job duties you have done which should match the noc duties, time frame, the titles you have held and the remuneration you have earned
