Hi All,

I had incorrectly answered the previous visa refusals as NO because of oversight and misunderstanding...I however sent an updated schedule A using case specific enquiry with my USA visa refusals, where in I mentioned about the refusals and provided an LOE.

I saw couple of people doing this on this forum and elsewhere and did so.

Is there anyone who has corrected this info and has been approved?

What are my chances?..I am increasingly becoming anxious by the day.

My wife has us visa refusals but we declared it and submitted schedule A upfront

You are going toe be fine....don't worry

Thanks a lot Itsmee.

As you have already sent a CSE, you are 100% fine. Sometime back I was subscribed to a thread with similar question. The person sent a CSE about refusals as he didn't mention with his application. He came back and updated that he got PPR. So you should be all set with this!

Thanks a lot @DEEPCUR....I was extremely worried...with sleepless nights...this is positive news.

Check the post from j12345 here. He opened the thread on this and he updated later that he got visa.

Two of my friends made a mistake of not mentioning their US visa refusal during their study permit application. SGVO was generous enough to ask that question again that if they had any refusal from any other country. They replied correctly that they had US visa refusal and apologized for the mistake and got their study permit. It took bit longer for them for processing though.

Thanks a lot @sam_dawkins and @DEEPCUR... I think I am gonna sleep well tonight after a long time.
