Any body with the same situation:

Should I include my previous passport pages, although it has not any visas?

And how many pages I should scan and upload of Current passport? It also has not any visas.

Hi,
I personally scanned and uploaded my previous visa with stamps or visas! But, I don't think it was needed. If it doesn't have any visas or stamps, you don't need to scan it.
If it has visas or stamps, no harm in uploading those pages.

I did not have visa stamps on my previous two passports but I still scanned and uploaded.

I'm in a position where my current passport covers 5 of the last 10 years while my previous passport covers the other 5 of the last 10 years.

Even though the Visa stamps are in there I only scanned the biometric page of my current passport.

Just send the pages which contains any visas or stamps along with bio data pages. No need to send blanks.

Recheck what IRCC asks for - bio pages of the valid passport. That's 2 pages at the most - measurable in kb.

You could try rescanning by reducing the dpi settings in the scanner. Also, there are many utilities available to reduce the scanned pdf file size.
