hi i would like to know if I will still qualify to migrate in canada even if my previous marriage has not been annulled and remarried again. Even though I tried the assessment for immigration gave me a score more or less of 76. opinions please.

Since you still have valid marriage, CHC will not consider it previous marriage till you have divorce documents. CHC will ask for medicals of your wife, even if she is not accompanying, How you are going to deal with it.

I dont plan on tagging my previous wife instead I am migrating with my current wife. is that possible?

I am not sure but if your marital status is not clear, you may have a delay situation with your VO. If your first wife refused to sign the divorce paper you may clarify that situation to CIC right in front to show your honesty.
Good luck my friend,
