I wanted to have some advice as my previous employee is not providing me the experience letter for the period i served.
When I ask them the reason they are saying that you worked less than 6 months and according to company “recent” policy we don’t issue experience letter for people who served less than 6 months.
They didn’t mentioned in this policy in offer letter neither they didn’t mentioned when I gave notice period.
I know these things they don’t mention in offer letter but atleast they should have cleared me this thing when I gave them notice period.
I even tried to contact to my colleagues and supervisor to write it on a blank paper atleast but they still refused it.
This experience very crucial for me as my work permit expires next year.
I am planning to go legally against them.
Can anyone suggest me regarding this and if someone has contact for a good lawyer who can tackle this type of situation in order to get my experience letter from them
