A friend of mine wants to create an EE profile. What's the best way to answer country of residence question? Few years ago he applied and received 2 residence permission in Sweden. However his plans changed and he never went there to live. Just made 2-3 short trip each up to a week, overall length of his trips was not more that 20-25 days in a 10 year period, nothing even close to 6 month in total. Than he decided not to extend it(or maybe he couldn't because he never lived there), so his residence permission expired and that was it.
