Previous company - Reference letter(Post ITA)

Hi All ,

Totally i have 8 yr exp. 3 years CEC and 5 years offshore.I got ITA in July .

I have 3 years Canadian Experience and have Pay stubs and company reference letter .I do have 3 year offshore experience Pay stubs and reference letter .

My previous first company no more exist and I do have Experience letter and Relieving letter .

Experience letter and relieving lettter is sufficient or can i delete my previous company .

Please advice.

If its your work history and you have claimed points for it, you should mention it and attach LOE with all details. If anything else you have to prove that you have worked with the said company attach those documents too. In short if you can satisfy cic with proofs you have then show it. I won't recommend to delete it because it may be treated as misrepresentation and may get rejection, you have other option as well to mention it in personal history.

You can remove the 5 years of offshore experience from your profile provided that doesn't affect your CRS points and/or your program eligibility. Because you have 3 years of Canadian experience, I imagine those 5 years aren't adding anything to your profile and can be safely removed. Just confirm that you've been invited under CEC. If you've been invited under FSW, you might want to check if those 5 years of experience are deciding your eligibility on the 67/100 points.

It will certainly not be misrepresentation to remove it from your profile because CIC doesn't ask for full disclosure on work history. Make sure you include it as 'Employment' in your Personal history.

How could I know invite based on CEC or FSW?

Profile creation page it shows before and after ITA - CEC - met FSW - met.

If you were eligible for both, you got under FSW.
