previous application question in EE initial info

Hi there,

can anyone confirm that when providing profile details for an EE FSW application and IRCC ask 'applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?' are we to say 'yes' if we've visited simply as a tourists with an ETA?
