Yes they can but you have to pay the full cost. I think prices will vary from place to place so it may be best to phone around and see what you can find near you.

I would say check your local area for clinics. I know here in London, ON we have a clinic that provides services free of charge to those without OHIP. It's worth a shot. lihc.on.ca/medical_clinic

they do all the services without OHIP - they just charge you quite a big sum.

Wow!! That's very impressive. I've never heard of a clinic that offers free services to people without OHIP. Yay London!
