but could they make such blunder.... at that level when entire world is visiting their website.. they should be careful...

Given the quantity of applications and the amount of work involved, mistakes do happen...
The big problem is that these mistakes impact people's lives.

Wow... that makes me feel REALLY good about my 6 month wait. I mean, what's 6 months if some people are waiting 118?

it's a lot funnier now that the visa is stamped in the passport and on its way back to me :P
 
That DEFINITELY has to be a typo. They even typed the inland timeline as 1 mai, 2011. They don't ever do that.
I would say it is either just 11 or 18 months. Geez though imagine if it did take that long, no one would ever immigrate to Canada. Lol.

Your post just send goosebumps throughout my entire body. 10 freaking years sound like an entire lifetime of processing. I agree it's just some typo and nothing too big.

Maybe someone should try contacting the office letting them know?
