pregnency while waiting for workpermit

Hi I m new on this forum still I don't know much things I have applied liveincaregiver in canada submitted application on 10 October 2013.recieved a or in February they told me it will take 12 to 14 months next month is going to be one year expecting medical this month but now I m pregnent 3 months what should I do I will be able to pass medical with my pregnency I should inform doctor.can somebody advise me what to do so I will not be refused

my wife had the same, she was 5 months when she did medical exam then doctor gave her paper to come again after delivery to continue checkup.
but we never went again, she got her work permit after medical exam.
 
Thanx a lot for your response my visa office is in abudhabi I heard they r very strict in issuing visa when I get request for medical I should inform him about pregnency I am very upset they might refuse me I have waited so long.its my dream to go canada your wife was already in canada .
 
hi just wanna ask I'm on my 90 days restoration but still waiting for my LMIA ,.Im 8months pregnant right now my restoration is done on dec 2014 my due date is dec 17 2014,.I just wanna ask what can we do after my restoration is done?were not married yet or not in a common law what else can we do regarding this matter?my boyfriend is a permanent residence here in alberta..hope you can help me with this matter thanks
