My husband is in Toronto. And I just pray that my file gets cleared fast. Can you please guide as to how much time will it take for my Outland application? I am from India . And my husband is suffering from a Tumor for which I want to visit him for his radio therapy

This is a major problem and that is the reason I want to be with him

Outland application to the New Delhi office is averaging about 10-12 months from the time the file reaches there and this dosent include the first stage of sponsor approval and of course the time increases in the complexity of the case

I am not sure of the current AOR1 times but me as the sponsor for my wife got it close to the approval date and I think it was one week before. Officially its 62 days for sponsor approval and yes this period is not counted to the overall timing
