hi! my brother sponsored my teenage niece. unfortunately we did not know that she got pregnant (very disappointing!) until recently and she is due to give birth in 4 months and we just received her visa. will she be allowed to enter canada at this point? we would greatly appreciate ur response!

Yes. Tell her to land in Canada before she gives birth. This is very important.
 
Which province is she landing in? In some provinces (e.g. Ontario) she won't qualify for health care coverage until she has been living in Canada for three months - which means she will have to pay out of pocket for any services she receives (e.g. delivery, check ups).
 
I assume you were able to sponsor her because she is an orphan and under 18. She is not a dependent child any more once she has one so she should definitely come to Canada before having the baby. If you happen to live in one of the provinces where there is a waiting time for health care (ON, BC, NB), do you have any family she can stay with in any other province where she would get health care right away? It will not be cheap if she has the baby before she is covered.
