being pregnant doesn't change anything at the time of landing and you can choose whether you want the child to be born in Canada or in your home country.
Do find out the process of getting PR for your child if the birth happens in your home country.

If you have the child in your home country after landing, you will need to sponsor her/him for PR. This requires a PR parent to be residing in Canada throughout the entire sponsorship process, so if the child is unable to come to Canada, the family will be separated during the process.

If you are pregnant and land in Canada, you would have to pay all the charges for delivery and scans before delivery within the 1st 3 months of landing.

Not necessarily. Depends on the province.

I don't need to check another thread. As I already stated, it depends on the province.
