Pregnancy on work permit

Hello friends,

My question is, we have all our documentation ready for applying on Canadian Experience Class, but we got 415 points so far and we should have about 450 for this pool.
Now, we are specting our baby on June 2019, and our work permit expires in 2020. Will our baby affect some how our aplication? Helping maybe?
