Your medicals are done so your are sage, just do your landing as soon as you receive your passport and have your baby delivered in Canada.

Yes, assuming she is not so far along in her pregnancy. Airlines have rules about "how pregnant" you can be to fly. You will also want to check the health insurance situation of whatever province you plan to settle in. Many have waiting periods before you become eligible for health insurance.

if you can do your landing before the delivery then no need to inform them.

Can she deliver her baby in Canada? Or should she go home to her country and deliver there?

Yes she can because she will be a permanent resident and the baby will be a canadian citizen automatically. If she deliver baby back home then you will need to notify the visa office and it will take a bit more time. So better to have a baby delivered in Canada will be much easier in terms of paper work.

Saki... Here's the real story.... We are fixed common law spouse. If she will deliver it in Canada, what will be the name of the babies father? My name or the name of the real father? If it will be the name of the real father, will it have complications? How about if it will be my name? Please help us Saki.....

You are the spouse so your name will be used as a father name. You guys are now living together so your name will be used. But its my thinking i am not excatly sure about this situation. I would suggest you to take advise from seniors like Qorax,Maaties, PMM.
