I have recently applied for an educational loan in a bank. The bank said they will only disperse funds after I get ahold of the Visa. The problem is, I have to pay around 30k CAD if I'm gonna apply via SDS category. I want to know if it's possible to apply through SDS category with this pre sanction letter issued by the bank?
