I received a letter on Friday for my husband for us to show up to the immigration office in Montreal. I have a couple of questions. How does this work? Is it first come, first serve basis? Do they close the doors at a certain time? We live about 1 1/2 hours away, so I would hate to be turned around. Does my husband have to have his B4 completed before we go to this interview or can his list of belongings come afterwards?
