Please give your valuable comments on the following.
I am one of the pre-Feb 2008 applicants with PEDEDC 1 according to caips note in Oct 2012. my on-line status changed from In- process to blank in Feb 2013 than after March 6 or 7 it is not accessible at all. however, I have sent many e-mails to ISB CHC regarding changing in address and new baby born in Nov 2012 but none of my e-mail are replied. In addition, I sent an e-mail regarding my application statues on April 2, 2013 but still have no reply.please guide me what to do it is really frustrating.
