Does anyone have experience in using pre-arrival services?

I received an invitation and trying to determine what's the level and quality of those services to see how much time I want to commit to them. I am working full-time while waiting for our outland application to get processed.

Yeah I received that too !
I believe the jobs are authentic
I went through that and checked thoroughly. Found some jobs too related to my field but then when it comes to the interview you’re supposed to be present there. No online interviews !
That’s what

Thanks for your response. Did you use any of the services other than browsing through the job postings? I am particularly interested in the coaching services and connection portion.

Yes, for coaching services again, you’ve to be present there.
also, do you think you need a certificate or license to take classes as a tutor in Canada ?

Oh really? From what I understood pre-arrival services offer some online group and one on one services. I guess I'll have to sign up to see what it's about.

I'm not sure I understand your question about classes for becoming a tutor in Canada.

I read details of all pre-arrival services offered and it seems that as a part of those services they offer to facilitate connections. I assume those pertain building a contact network that could, for example, facilitate finding a job etc.
Also for this, yes they’ll help you build your CV to get jobs easily there.

Yeah, that's what I'm afraid if that those services are quite basic. I do not need help with building my CV.

I already reached out companies in the area where I'm planning to move into and they were happy with what I supplied them with, obviously they couldn't schedule me for an interview yet at the time. I was testing the waters already.

So, I'm wondering if there's any point in registering for those services.

Once again, a question to those who used pre-arrival services, could you please share your experiences?

From my experience, having used a specialised pre-arrival service for people in IT fields:

They are trash. Not gonna sugarcoat it, they offer almost no real offers, and any offer will always say "We can't begin the process before you've landed in Canada". They give very very basic advices for resume building and networking, and even their special events is generally just a couple of companies desperate to hire new immigrants on the cheap.

If you already had contacts with some companies, don't bother using them really.

That's what I was afraid of. Many thanks for your honest review!
