Pre arrival service Letter

Hi all,

Recently I've received a prearrival service letter. I'm currently in Canada Alberta, red deer and one of the services included helping to settle in to Canada.


I was looking through the centres available if I'm already in Canada and there is no instructions. I have gave one of the centres a call and they were just confused.
any idea what I should do next?

Pre-Arrival services is intended for people before they arrive in Canada, so that may be why they were confused. You can try the below site. They help with settlement, credentialling and do pre-arrival. They may help since they are global.
