Hello,
I'm sponsoring my parents (78 and 79 years old) to come to Canada. My dad received today the pre-arrival letter with his ICU on it. He is the "main applicant". My mom didn't receive the letter yet.
Do you know if only the main applicant receives it? or both should have received it?
If the application includes both of them, can one be approved and the other rejected? or is both or nothing?
Also, does this mean the PR is approved for my dad? what about my mon? (the website still says "in progress," and we haven't received an approval letter.
Please give any info you have; they are very anxious as they have been waiting since 2018 for this process to end.
