Pre Arrival before medical request?

I got pre arrival services today - I am not sure what that means but I think it's a good thing?
Here's my timeline:

APP Received: Dec 19 2019
AOR: Jan 10
BR: Jan 23
SA: Jan 24
Bio completed: Jan 27
Moved to Amman VO: Feb 04
AOR 2 Feb 24
Pre Arrival April 23

I did not receive medical request yet, is it common to get pre arrival before medical?
If this has happened before to anyone please let me know

Omg I didn’t get my medicals inshallah I get pre arrival too.mine went to Amman dec 3 2019
