Here is the link of the website (for interactive online Test) which I think would be quite helpful for landed/about to land immigrants wanting to have their driving License. As is evident there are 2 tests called G01 (written) and G02 (on the road test) that one has to appear and pass for before one gets the coveted Canadian License. There are waivers of course for the G01 Test if you can prove that you possess 'n' years of experience in Driving with different provinces probably having their own set of rules.

Nice post... I have UK driving license as well as UAE, so hopefully I will get license as exchange upon showing UK license... that's what I read on the license department website...
