You will not be eligible for Express Entry due to your age. Confirm on the EE page and see if you have at least 67 points to be eligible to submit a profile. Even if eligible, your CRS score will not be high enough.

As for job, you need to do your own search. You need job offer with LMIA that proves no one in Canada can be hired and has the skills/experience, only you.

Google Express Entry and read the requirements. Immigrating to Canada is based on age, education, language, experience and funds. Over 40, gets no points so will make you ineligible. So you need to focus on getting a job offer and an employer not finding anyone with the skills except you.
